MISTAKE NO.1: GOING COLD TURKEY

With a sugar free lifestyle plus natural remedies you can comfortably manage (and sometimes even reverse) type 2 diabetes, candida, eczema, acne and a whole host of autoimmune problems. It really can be LIFE CHANGING and it’s understandable that you want to go all in.

BUT when you don’t ease yourself into the diet, and you go from years of eating junk food to starving yourself, then you’ll most likely end up feeling very sick. That might include feeling nauseous or bloated, having flu symptoms, coming up in an itchy skin rash OR you’ll feel down right miserable & depressed because you miss out on all your usual comfort foods.

That’s why it’s crucial you give yourself plenty of time to gradually change your diet. That way your body has time to adjust and you’ll feel much better.

MISTAKE NO.2: TAKING A BOATLOAD OF HERBAL REMEDIES

Taking lots of supplements, regardless how healthy they are, is mega stressful to coordinate, virtually impossible to track results with AND likely to overwhelm your liver, so despite your best efforts to speed up your progress, you might end up sabotaging your success.

MISTAKE NO.3: WAITING FOR THE IDEAL TIME TO START THE DIET

Most people spend countless hours searching, planning and contemplating the perfect diet, bookmarking cures and recipes, endlessly postponing the date when they actually get started.

Let’s face it, it’s never the ‘right’ time.

There’s always someone’s birthday, business trip or unforeseen disaster in the way. You can do this even with ‘life’ happening around you. The sooner you start, the sooner you’ll feel better in your skin!
