With summer just around the corner let’s look at some delicious refreshing Candida diet friendly smoothies.

I’ve searched the web for you in search of some sugar free goodies that you can even enjoy on this diet.

It’s actually quite hard because most food blogs that list healthy smoothies include fruit in their recipes to make it more palatable.

But you can actually create a lovely creamy texture without the addition of banana just by adding avocado.

  1. Hiya Sandra , hope that all is well with you , recently iam having really bad stomach burning pain which makes me wake up from my sleep . Went to the gp tells me I have got really bad gastritis ( inflammation of the stomach lining ) gives me ranitidine tab and tells me to take them . As I googled the symptoms of candida gastritis came as one of the symptoms along with severe constipation which I have really badly . Sandra what did you take for leaky gut and how long ? And when like stage 1,2,3 and which website did you follow for the supplementations and information on candida . Thanks !! Hope to hear from you soon !! Take care .
