Have you been struggling these past 12 months?
How did you get along in 2016? Have you been struggling at all?
If not then well done you, that’s awesome. However I know many people have been struggling, and guess what – so have I! Yes, I’ve felt pretty TERRIBLE this past year, and for the most part had no idea WHY and WHAT to do about it. Everything I did try made no lasting impact and I felt progressively more helpless, anxious and demoralised. I didn’t even have it in me to respond to the majority of emails I got, let alone stick to deadlines. I’m wondering if you can relate to that.
Having had to deal with this tremendous amount of physical pain, chronic health issues and emotional turmoil has led to some immense internal growth for me though, and I hope it has been the same for you.
In a series of emails and blog posts over the next 4 weeks I would like to share what I learned with you. So you don’t have to make the same mistakes I did last year, and likewise I am always eager to learn from you too.
This is not a one way conversation. I know you have learned a lot of lessons this past year. So I think if we can actually start helping each other through this we’d be much better for it.
Hence what I would like to do is to share with you what it was really like for me these past 12 months, all the ups and downs and how I coped with it. How I developed the skills that got me through this and that can help you too in a similar situation when you feel sad, helpless and stuck.
Building on from the lovely companionship that grew out of the ladies joining the Cleanse I ran in autumn/ fall last year, I’ll OPEN THE DOORS TO THE CLEANSE AGAIN FOR A FEW NEW MEMBERS IN FEBRUARY IF YOU ARE UP FOR IT – the Cleanse will be on the 15th Feb!
