Candida Cleanse Tea

- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 6 cloves
- 1 tablespoon aniseed
- 1.5l filtered water
This Candida Cleanse tea is a classic fasting tea. Amongst the few candida cleanse recipes there are for phase 1 of the diet this one is a good one to try. It’s very soothing for the tummy.
The original recipe has cranberries and honey in it. I left those out as these are not allowed on the candida diet. You can use fennel seeds instead of aniseed – that’s what I did.
Drink at least 2l of filtered mineral water every day to flush out as many candida toxins as possible.
|Bring 1.5l water to the boil and add 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tablespoon of aniseed and 6 cloves.|
|Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes and leave to infuse for a bit.|
|Make a flask of this candida cleanse tea and drink one cup every 3-4 hours.|
