  • a few asparagus stalks

  • 1 handful peas
  • olive oil dressing (with salt, freshly ground pepper, cayenne pepper and fresh garlic or garlic granules and a pinch of tumeric)

Note

Super quick to make. No prep. No fuss. If you like salmon this will be one of your staple dishes from now on.

TIP:

If you have a portion of veggies left over, you can reheat some the next day. Tastes lovely with pumpkin seed oil, salt and pepper and some pumkin and sunflower seeds.

In fact it makes such a nice candida friendly snack you might as wellmake double the amount of veg straight away.

If all else fails, freeze the surplus amount for future veggy curries.

NICE VARIATION:

Works also beautifully with stir-fried white cabbage & butter or spring greens and red chilli dressing.

Directions

Step 1
Chop the vegetables and arrange them around the salmon in a steamer.

Steam for 10 mins; then add the peas.

Step 2
Meanwhile make the dressing which you can drizzle over the salmon and veg when done.

Garnish with fresh parsley.
