- ½ l almond milk
- 1 organic celery stick
- 2 heaped tsp ground almonds
- 2 heaped tsp sunflower seeds
- ½ tsp chlorella
- ¼-1/2 apple (braeburn and cox orange are nice)
- sprinkle cinnamon and/or nutmeg
- Put the milk in the blender first, then the bits of celery, and the pulver.
- Blend until mixed well.
- Makes 2 small glasses.
