- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup plain non pasteurized yogurt
- 3 sticks celery
- 1 whole cucumber
- 1 whole lime
- 1 granny smith apple (take out the seeds)
- Handful of spinach
- Pinch of Kale
- optional: ¼ cup buckwheat or flax
- Juice all.
- Blend into it ¼ cup coconut milk and ¼ cup plain non pasteurized yogurt.
- Then add the buckwheat or flax.
