Cheat’s Chocolate Easter Bunnies

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • handful of nuts & almonds
  1. Break down the chocolate into pieces and melt them in a small saucepan over a low heat, constantly stirring so nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan.
  2. Then chop up a handful of mixed nuts and almonds finely and add these to the melted chocolate – et voila – you’re ready to fill your Easter egg shape molds.
  3. Now you only need to let it set in the fridge for 20 minutes to harden.
