Frozen Blueberry Smoothie

  • 2 handful of frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp of soya yoghurt or yoghurt (I used sheep’s yoghurt)
  • glass of rice milk
  • 4 coconut milk ice cubes
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of lemon juice
  • optional tsp of agave nectar or a few drops of stevia for sweetening
  • optional handful of spinach leaves
  1. Fill your blender with the rice milk, frozen blueberries and coconut ice cubes.Then add the yoghurt, spice, lemon juice (and spinach if using).
  2. Sweeten to taste
