Frozen Blueberry Smoothie

- 2 handful of frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp of soya yoghurt or yoghurt (I used sheep’s yoghurt)
- glass of rice milk
- 4 coconut milk ice cubes
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of lemon juice
- optional tsp of agave nectar or a few drops of stevia for sweetening
- optional handful of spinach leaves
- Fill your blender with the rice milk, frozen blueberries and coconut ice cubes.Then add the yoghurt, spice, lemon juice (and spinach if using).
- Sweeten to taste
