    Hi Sandra
I was just diganosed with candida and I am so new at this and was wondering if the very first thing I do is to get a colon cleanse. I am loving all of your info and really appreciate it. Thank you.

Thanks Freda. It’s always a good idea to do a colon cleanse, especially before embarking on fast or strict diet. You don’t want any food and waste products sit in your gut and get a chance to ferment. Out with the old and in with the new. So yes, colon cleanses are great, and you can get an even deeper cleansing effect by doing colonic irrigation or enemas.
      Happy cleansing!
