Candida Diet Update 2006

Another House Move & Career change. Things started to go wrong – First attempts at eating healthy are backfiring!

Lots of fresh juices, honey, dried fruit & nuts, cakes – Candida here I come!

What I typically ate:

  • Fruit & Nut Cereal, Muesli with dried fruit or Weetabix with soya milk
  • Salad, Soup and Sandwiches
  • Fruit, Cakes and Puddings
  • Late dinner (7pm or later) of meats and vegetables (started to eat organic veg)
  • More cake, pudding, ice cream or fruit

Typical Snacks:

  • Yogurt and honey, Fruit, More cereal, nuts

Drinks:

  • Hot water, fresh apple, carrot & ginger juice; orange juice, caffe latte, green tea, apple cider vinegar with manuka honey

Lifestyle:

  • Stress, Worries & Going Self employed
  • Living with in laws, setting up small business, no exercise, long hours in front of computer

Health Issues:

  • Recurring Sinus Infections; Bit Hay Fever, Recurring Bladder Infections, Thrush, Bloating, IBS, Insomnia, Panic Attacks

Favourite activity:

  • walks on the beach, reading, baking
