Coconut, Rice Milk & Seeds Snack

Light & super quick to make – what more could you want!?


  • 2-4 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • half a glass of organic rice milk
  • handful of sunflower seeds (preferably pre-soaked)
  • dash of cinnamon spice (optional)


Just mix and enjoy ?

With its slight sweetness from the rice milk this snack is perfect to wean yourself off your sweet tooth when first starting the Candida diet and you are craving sweets/ candy. Naturally rice milk has a few carbs, but not many. So as long as you don’t guzzle the whole carton you’ll be fine!
