Disclosure – The Full Works…!

This blog isn’t primarily financially driven. I put this blog up in 2011 to build

a community of health conscious people and learn from my smart readers.

The FTC requires bloggers to disclose whenever there could be
hidden interests or unspoken biases related to recommendations. So here goes…

First, the obvious:

I am a food blogger and cook book author. Naturally I constantly try out different health foods and natural remedies and recommend the ones I love.

 Second, the less obvious:

Per the FTC rules, if I interview a nutritionist to get their take on Candida,

and they grab the bill for lunch, I would need to disclose this. Ditto if I use

an Amazon link that gets me 8 cents instead of an Amazon link that gets me

0 cents. If someone gives me a tasty health food bar with a logo and there’s

a photo showing me eating it, same deal. Disclaimers all over the place.

Tedious for me and even more tedious for my readers. But rules is rules.
To cover my ass and preserve your reading experience, please assume that,
for every link and product I use, the following all hold true:

Thirdly, the medical stuff:

Also, just to re-iterate: I (Sandra Boehner) have no medical qualification to advise you on health matters (as much as I’d love to!). I am therefore by law only allowed to share with you what my treatment looked like. Please always consult with your own physician or doctor before making diet changes and before embarking on a natural treatment protocol. The treatment and diet outlined on candidadietplan.com might not be suitable for you. So take it with a pinch of salt ?
