I’m making sandwiches for my son who has Candidiasis without The bread. I put sliced sand which meat that i roll up. I cut up strawberries and cut up cheese into bite size pieces put them on a plate. He gets a variety of foods that are hand friendly. He loves it..

The only thing I’d say is that some people with Candida would have to be a bit careful with the cheese and strawberries. But I love the idea of bite-size food instead of sandwiches. Thanks for your comment!
