February 20, 2016Hi Susan, Cleansing on the candida cenalse and being a vegetarian is very doable. I have coached several people. Some will do the eggs, some just no red meat. Tell me a little more about how you eat and I can share some things that I have learned. If you are very strict and do no butter, eggs, meat or fish it can be a little slower on the cenalse because most people will add a few grains like millet or quinoa. You must be sure to add some supplements that will assist you in the cleansing process.hugs,kB
