Just to recap, last week I asked you to come up with a Green Smoothie recipe with Coconut. Candida diet friendly non the less.
In other words, without sugar, dairy or tropical fruit.
Not an easy task. Hence I was super thrilled when one of my readers allowed me to share her wonderful green smoothie recipe below:
It tastes like key lime pie. Refreshing and nourishing. But it’s also filling.
It wouldn’t be hard to have one of these as a meal replacement once a day. You can easily add some ground buckwheat or flax to get a better full feeling.

- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup plain non pasteurized yogurt
- 3 sticks celery
- 1 whole cucumber
- 1 whole lime
- 1 granny smith apple (take out the seeds)
- Handful of spinach
- Pinch of Kale
- optional: ¼ cup buckwheat or flax
Sounds good – making it this morning!
