Super quick breakfast/ or lunch meal: Oven Omelette (with veggies and/ or bacon)

This is the perfect Candida diet meal because it doesn’t feed Candida and it is so quick to whip together that you can even do it when you have very little energy.

You can minimise the energy expenditure even more if you make a green pepper & leek oven omelette because that only requires minimal chopping, whereas with the broccoli & pepper combo below you’ll have to steam or blanch the broccoli for best results and so it will be done at the same time with the eggs in the oven.
