Other Green Smoothie Cleanses require you to replace all of your meals with green smoothies.

Not this one – you only need to replace 1 of your meals with a green smoothie!

The idea is just to kick-start weight loss and give your wellbeing a boost.

This can actually save you time, because a green smoothie is often much easier to prepare than a full on meal!

And the money you save on expensive cuts of meat… you can invest in lush fruit & veg and perhaps even some super food or protein powder that week!

ON A BUDGET…

Exotic fruit can cost a lot and contains a fair few calories. That’s why we use as little fruit as possible, in fact we don’t even overdo the greens either! That said, we do recommend a few select super-food and protein powders, simply because they will make you feel so much better.  Entirely optional of course, but it’s worth it!

We really make this challenge easy on your wallet AND your waistline 😉

 

THE ONLY LOW SUGAR
SMOOTHIE CHALLENGE!

ALL of the ingredients you should be able to easily get hold of in your local supermarket, like spinach, bananas, berries, apples and pears.

Tinned pineapple and mango are fine too (unless they have added sugar or syrup in it or if you have an acute Candida flare up). 

Saving tip: Look for bags of frozen fruit – you tend to get a lot more for your money than buying the fruit fresh (and you’ve got the added benefit of the margarita style thick yumminess from blending frozen fruit – YUM!)

That’s right, it’s just 5 days!

None of this 10-30 days of continuously drinking green smoothies until it’s coming out of your ears. This challenge is just long enough to try one or a few different smoothies.

Find one smoothie you REALLY love — this can become your go to smoothie when you need a little pick me up! And after the 5 days you can just carry on eating as normal, how good is that!

2 smoothie challenge options…

OPTION 1: Beginners – try 1 simple sweet smoothie a week!

OPTION 2: Advanced and/or sugar conscious – try 1 sugar free smoothie a day!

If you are new to green smoothies and fancy just giving this challenge a try then I have you covered with option 1.  This is a GREAT way to get started without getting overwhelmed by so much GREEN 😉

Option 2 is for those familiar with all this green goodness and who fancy trying something new each day while being held accountable by the challenge. Go on, get in there!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Enter your name and email in the box above.
  • After you have registered you’ll receive a welcome email.

Then a few days before the smoothie challenge start date which is the 22nd of August you’ll receive the base ingredients list (note: the exact ingredients lists will be disclosed the night before each smoothie day, otherwise there’d be no surprise, right 😉

Do you have to make my smoothies? Nope. My recipes are just there for your convenience. ​You can of course try your own or someone else’s smoothie creations.

I cannot vouch that you will lose weight or feel lighter and happier 😉 This obviously depends on other factors like your metabolism, how physically active or stressed you are, how little sleep you are getting, what else you are eating and if you are taking any medicine or drinking alcohol during that time.

But I’m pretty confident these 5 days can be the start of something AWESOME and do you good!!!

You’ll also receive access to a private closed Facebook group where you can exchange badass smoothie tips with the other members.

Day 1-5 of the smoothie challenge: Every day I’ll do a Periscope or Facebook Live Streaming session where you can watch me make a smoothie, I’ll give you supporting tips.


Don’t worry, if you miss any of the sessions I’ll send out a recap email with links to all the videos at the end of the challenge, probably on Saturday 28th Aug, so you can catch up or revisit a smoothie you particularly liked.

We’ll also run a contest in the Facebook group for the ‘most delicious looking smoothie’, ‘best tasting smoothie’ and the ‘most sugar conscious/ low-carb’ smoothie.

The overall winner and their smoothie creation will get a place on my wall of smoothie fame and receive an Amazon voucher over $25 🙂
