Prep time 5 minutes
Cook time 15 minutes
Total time 20 minutes
- 1 medium slice of fresh salmon (or frozen)
- a few asparagus stalks
- 1 handful fine green beans or frozen broad beans
- a couple of broccoli florets
- 1 handful peas
- olive oil dressing (with salt, freshly ground pepper, cayenne pepper and fresh garlic or garlic granules and a pinch of tumeric)
Super quick to make. No prep. No fuss. If you like salmon this will be one of your staple dishes from now on.
If you have a portion of veggies left over, you can reheat some the next day. Tastes lovely with pumpkin seed oil, salt and pepper and some pumkin and sunflower seeds.
In fact it makes such a nice candida friendly snack you might as wellmake double the amount of veg straight away.
If all else fails, freeze the surplus amount for future veggy curries.
Works also beautifully with stir-fried white cabbage & butter or spring greens and red chilli dressing.
