I’ve been experimenting with different Candida diets and other low carb diets for the past 6 years. I have talked to others who did the same. Here’s what became clear:
What needs to happen in order for you to change your diet long-term:
A. You have to have iron discipline and willpower.
B. You surround yourself with people who also follow the diet.
C. You change your diet really slowly.
Option A is super difficult and no fun.
Option B & C are practical and much easier to maintain long-term.
