Why Is There Conflicting Information on Other Candida Sites?
You might have already noticed that there are a few different Candida Diet websites out there and all with a slightly different take on what you are allowed to eat, what supplements to take and when. Please don’t let this confuse you as it will just slow down your road to recovery.
Each “Candida Diet” was written by a different person, generally a former Candida sufferer, and they all have experienced unique symptoms, followed different lifestyles and share different beliefs. Do not search for the “Perfect Candida Diet” because it doesn’t exist. One size doesn’t fit all.
Curing a Candida yeast infection takes time and patience. You’ll have to follow a strict and healthy diet, modify your lifestyle, and take probiotics and antifungals. You should also take some additional herbal supplements to detoxify your body first and strengthen your immune system.
This is why I began offering coaching services to help you fast track your road to recovery. Why spend years suffering as many do from ongoing symptoms when you can get guided help?
